Do We Truly Love Only Once In Our Life?

I know he likes me toobut how do I make him say that to me? He has changed all of a sudden. How to make him feel the same way as I do towards him? And does he love me too? To take chance or not? How do I finally propose her? And when the suitable time? I love him but am afraid what his reply would be? Its my last attempt, what are chances? We like each other but..? Long distance internet relationship, what is future? He is using me should I break it up? How to stop the insecurity stoking? My girlfriend cheated after three years, what to do?
Our matured clients are no less involved and embedded in relationships than their younger counterparts. The most general question asked to me is- Im married and deeply involved with a girl, I need major help. Will my secret affair be disclosed?
Emotional outburst of love is equally unpredictable: anxiety, apprehension, distress, uneasiness, worry, shock, amusement, ecstasy, euphoria, bliss, delight, happiness, jubilation, enthusiasm, excitement, exhilaration, thrill, desire, passion, infatuation, obsession, depression, unhappiness, despair, insecurity, alienation, homesickness, embarrassment, humiliation, astonishment, amazement etc. are the canvas of emotions one encounters during the various stages of love.
Is it possible for men and women to be just friends without being romantic? Is there anything like platonic love? For many people the idea of a man and a woman being friends is charming, but improbable. "It always leads to something else" they argue, meaning that the relationship eventually becomes romantic. It is very difficult for a man and woman to have a platonic friendshipnormally emotions get in the way and friendship can be ruined by one of the parties starting to get either possessive or jealous
On the other hand, there are those who are seemingly surprised by the question and argue that of course male-female friendships are possible: why wouldn't they be?

The down side for her is the relative absence of emotional reciprocity and intensity she normally shares with a female friend.
Lastly it seems answer will be YES. Men and women can enjoy friendship together, but not at the same level they do with friends of the same sex.
